Chabad of the ACT is the premier provider of high quality Jewish adult education in Canberra. We operate on many different levels catering to the entire spectrum of community members. We constantly have events to try and suit each and every person.

We operate and house Canberra's largest Jewish library from our centre with over 3000 books available to choose from covering all areas of Jewish study. Most of our books are in Hebrew, Yiddish and Aramaic however there is a large English section with many children's books to choose from as well.

The library open hours are 9:00am - 5:00pm Sunday to Friday. Closed on Jewish holidays and half an hour before sunset for winter Fridays due to the Sabbath observance. Due to security sensitivities please contact us before you come to ensure that you will be granted full access by the library staff.

Additionally the Chabad ACT website is a one stop shop for all Jewish subjects of learning. In it you will find what could be the worlds most comprehensive user friendly platform for Jewish online studies.
