Our parents are actively encouraged and provided with opportunities to become involved within the centre, e.g. through social functions, information evenings, in-services, participation on committees and involvement in accreditation evaluation.

We ensure that all parents feel secure that their children are well cared for, and are able to form trusting relationships with staff members.

We have various forms of communication for parents to express their concerns, share information about their children and to ask questions. We also encourage parents to support staff by providing learning stories about their child and share information which will assist the child to feel comfortable and happy. Families are valued as having unique background experiences and child rearing practices.
